Andrew Specht, representing Las Vegas Speed and Bishop Gorman High in Nevada, won the men's 17-18 1,500-meter final in 3:57.94 at the USATF National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships at Hornet Stadium at Sacramento State. Specht followed his 800-meter victory in 1:53.01.
